It didn’t end well. There were a few conversions, but no church was founded. Now, Paul adjusts his target and heads to a blue collar, rough, highly sexualized town called Corinth just miles away from Athens. He moves from society elites to society losers. How will the Gospel do in such a seemingly God-forsaken context? What does this text suggest for a plain, ordinary group of blue collar Christians like FRC?
