GEMS Sunday Worship Service – April 27 @ 10 am

Sunday April 27 (during regular church service) we will be having GEMS Sunday! The girls will lead worship and we will celebrate all that the GEMS girls have accomplished this year. There will also be a Special Offering for the GEMS International Ministry. There will be baskets at the door after the worship service in which you can place your offering if you would like to participate. If you would like to give an offering to our GEMS program here at FRC, please specifically note “FRC GEMS” on your offering envelope or check. Hope to see you next week for GEMS Sunday!

Resurrection Sunday Worship Service – April 20 @ 10 am

What is your “Tomb?” What is that one “thing” in your life that needs to be “put to death” so you can fully experience the peace and freedom of Jesus Christ? Come to Easter Sunday Service (April 20 @ 10 am) and prepare to place that “thing” in the “tomb” so you can fully experience the victory over sin and death that Jesus offers us. Find hope and peace in the new life promised to all believers on Resurrection Sunday. He has risen!

Good Friday – The Seven Shadows of the Cross: Jesus’ Final Days (April 18, 7 pm)

Please join us for our Good Friday service, The Seven Shadows of the Cross: Jesus’ Final Days, on April 18 at 7 pm. We will commemorate the somber occasion of the crucifixion of Jesus and walk through His final days before His death. As we seek to understand His love and sacrifice for us, we will partake in Communion in remembrance of Him and with repentance and thanksgiving for what He has done for us. 8th Annual Free Prom Dress Giveaway Event

Our 8th Annual Free Prom Dress Giveaway Event is back!

Anyone in need of a prom dress, come to First Reformed Church Fremont on Friday, April 4 (12 pm to 6 pm) or Saturday, April 5 (10 am to 4 pm) to choose from our HUGE variety of new and gently used donated dresses and accessories in tons of colors, styles, and sizes. We hope to have men’s clothes available as well!

There are NO qualifications to attend this event – it is open to anyone in the community and surrounding area in need of a prom dress.

Protect Young Eyes – Free Parents’ Workshop on Internet & Digital Safety

Are you worried about what your kids might stumble across online? Are you concerned about the effects of social media and screen time on the development of your kids or grandkids? Wondering when is the best time to give your kids a smart phone?

FRC Church of Fremont (along with our partners CLC Church and 1st CRC Church) are hosting a Free Workshop from Protect Young Eyes that will answer these and other crucial questions! You will learn about how to protect your kids from the dangers of the internet, the best way to handle popular social media apps, how to safeguard your kids’ mental health, and the Five Core Values to ensure that your have a tech-ready home in our fast-paced digital world.

The free workshop will be held on Friday, March 7 at 6:30 pm. Free childcare for children up to age 12 is available onsite. We will also be hosting a free pizza dinner starting at 6 pm before the workshop. Registration is not required, but is extremely helpful so we can plan for food and childcare. FRC 4th Annual Wild Game & Fish Dinner

Join us for FRC’s 4th Annual Wild Game and Fish Dinner on Friday, January 24! Doors open at 5:30 pm, with food served at 6:00 pm! We’ll have delicious cuisine (both wild and traditional), spectacular prizes to give away, and an exciting guest speaker starting at 7 pm! Amazon John from Silly Safaris will be here for an encore performance to share exotic and unique animals from around the world. Bring your friends, neighbors, and the whole family!
