On Sunday, Aug 24 (during regular church service) we will have a Blessing of the Backpacks event. If your child or grandchild is going to school this year, whether they are in public school, Christian school, or homeschool, please bring them and their school backpack to church service so they can be prayed over. We will pray for God’s blessings to be upon them for peace, safety, and wisdom, and for the Lord to be with them as they begin this new school year. If you are a teacher, administrator, or support staff, we also want to pray for a safe, peaceful, and fruitful year for you. Everyone is welcome. Hope to see you there!
