FRC 3rd Annual Creators Camp

Looking for something fun, yet educational for your kids to do this summer? Tired of the endless hours of screen time and loafing around the house? FRC Creators Camp might be just what you’re looking for!
At Creators Camp, kids will have an opportunity to experience a variety of crafts, creative skills, and art genres to explore their talents and gifts. From skills like painting, cake decorating or sewing, to fun games and activities like laser tag, archery, and pizza making, kids will have fun and learn useful skills. Some classes will have final projects that the kids will take home with them!
Our 3rd annual Creators Camp runs from July 23-July 25, evenings from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm, for those going into 2nd grade to 8th grade in the fall.
Class sizes are limited, so be sure to sign up soon! We will do our best to honor all class requests, although we cannot guarantee placement in specific classes due to class size limitations.
UPDATE: SIGNUP IS NOW CLOSED!
IMPORTANT NOTE: YOU MUST SIGN UP BY JULY 16 TO ATTEND!! Sign up ends July 16 or when classes have filled, whichever comes first!

Community Worship Service at Veterans’ Park – May 26 @ 10 am

 On Sunday, May 26, (Memorial Day weekend) our church will be participating in a combined outdoor worship at Veterans’ Memorial Park beginning at 10 am. We are looking forward to worshiping together with our brothers and sisters in Christ! Please bring your own lawn chair to sit in! Golf carts will be available for those needing assistance entering the park from their parking location. A Kids Korner will be available for kids ages 4-10.  Fellowship is encouraged following worship and will include refreshments. An offering will be taken for Camp Sunshine (offered at Camp Henry in early June), which is a ministry that provides camp experience for youth and young adults with special needs. For those unable to attend in person, the service will be livestreamed through the 1st CRC YouTube page: Livestream Here.  In the event of rain, worship will be held at First Christian Reformed Church (721 Hillcrest).

Cadets Sunday is coming soon on April 28! We hope you will join us in celebrating our Cadets program during our regular church service at 10 am!

Our Cadets boys will share their accomplishments, spiritual growth, and experiences of their year working under the instruction of our Christian men volunteers who guide and work with the boys each week.

The theme verse for the year is from the book of Ephesians . And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, … to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ. (Ephesians 3:17-18)

GEMS Sunday is April 14 @ 10 am

GEMS Sunday is coming soon on April 14! We will celebrate our girls’ GEMS club as the girls lead worship and share their favorite worship songs during regular church service!

Our theme verse this year is from the book of Isaiah: But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary; they will walk and not be faint. (Isaiah 40:31)

Free Prom Dress Giveaway Event – 7th Annual

Our 7th Annual Free Prom Dress Giveaway Event is back!

Anyone in need of a prom dress, come to First Reformed Church Fremont on March 22 (5 pm to 8 pm) or March 23 (10 am to 6 pm) to choose from our HUGE variety of new and gently used donated dresses and accessories in tons of colors, styles, and sizes.

There are NO qualifications to attend this event – it is open to anyone in the community and surrounding area in need of a prom dress.

Join us for FRC’s 3rd Annual Wild Game Dinner and Fish Potluck! Doors open at 5:30 pm, with food served at 6:00 pm! We’ll have delicious cuisine (both wild and traditional), spectacular prizes to give away, and an exciting guest speaker starting at 7 pm! We will have Nelson, “The Animal Guy,” from Wildlife Safari here to share exotic and unique animals from around the world. This fully interactive show will even include some “hands-on” time with his creatures! Bring your friends, neighbors, and the whole family! Hope to see everyone there!
