The chapter sets before us Old Testament cleansing rituals as an example of what Jesus brought in the form of His sacrifice and death on the cross. True cleanliness means cleaning things that are not seen, like the things we shove under the bed as children. Today, we look at the blood of Christ, and how Jesus cleans us not just externally, but from the inside out, freeing us from all the toxic effects of sin and shame.
