Fellowship Team

The fellowship team (formally known as Congregational Care) is responsible for a variety of tasks designed to be of service to members of the congregation. We usually meet once a month, usually the first Monday of the month with the other Ministry Teams. Read below to learn about some of the things we do.

CD Ministry
Each week we distribute free CD copies of our weekly services to shut-ins and people in nursing homes. If you know of someone that would like to receive a CD, please contact the church secretary.

Wheels of Love
Wheels of love is a volunteer program where volunteers help drive people into church on Sunday who need extra help or are unable to drive.

Wednesday Night Meals
Our team is also responsible for organizing the meal that is served on Wednesday nights prior to the various Youth and Adult ministries that take place on Wednesday nights.

Funerals
Our team provides free luncheon style meals for Funerals of church members. We have a standard menu, but for an extra fee additional items can be placed on the menu. All free-will donations received from the meal go into the church kitchen fund.

Nursery
We also help oversee our Church Nursery

Welcome Baskets
We provide welcome basket for visitors to provide them with information about our church family as well as a free gift to remember us by

Sonshine Callers
The Sonshine callers are a group of people that make visits to the shut-ins in our church.

Card Care

Out team is also involved with the following

  • Prime Timers Group
  • Small Groups
  • Picture Directories
  • All Church Fellowship Activities
  • CPR Classes for Nursery workers
  • Our Prayer Chain
